Amazing Shopping Experience!
We have just had the most amazing shopping experience at Stax in Fourways. We needed a new washing machine and decided to try Stax after buying this sort of appliance from Makro previously. What a great decision!! The service from the moment we walked into the store on Sunday morning to the delivery and installation of the new washing machine all within 2 hours was superb. The gent who helped with the choice of machine, the lady who invoiced the unit, Elizabeth, and the chaps who delivered the machine and installed it, Ross and Malibongwe, were a credit to the organisation. We didn’t get the name of the chap who helped us in the shop unfortunately. What a pleasant and impressive shopping experience. We will always use Stax in future for this sort of purchase and for things like TVs

Stax Super Fast!!
Stax’s new online store is awesome! My 40″ Samsung Smart TV has just arrived, they were the best priced and offered free delivery to my area and kept their delivery time promise even if it meant having it personally delivered by one of the big cheeses :). I am so glad they’re online!

Unbelievably Efficient!
Living in a village like Clarens in the Free State, one gets used to not having access to stores like Stax, and we need to make extensive use of favours from friends visiting the cities, couriers and the SA Postal Service. Delivery time frames are typically 3-5 days, as we are considered an ‘outlying area’.
Imagine my surprise when I ordered a small item from Stax’s online store and it arrived the NEXT DAY. The item only cost R130, and delivery was FREE. Unbelievably efficient, and what a pleasure! Wish Stax ran more services in SA!
