Do I need a TV licence to purchase a TV?, I use it as a monitor?
We require a valid tv license with the purchase of any tv regardless of what it will be used for, and cannot deliver otherwise. Please visit https://www.tvlic.co.za/tvlic/ to check whether your license is valid before purchase to avoid delay’s in processing your order
Can I collect my order?
If you live in Johannesburg or Pretoria and would like to collect your order, you are welcome to do so. Please select your closest branch at checkout. We have fully featured STAX stores in both Woodlands Boulevard and Dunkeld and Sounds Great AV Specialist stores in Clearwater Mall, East Rand Mall, Kolonnade Shopping Centre and Centurion Mall. You may also notify a Staxpert through either our chat facility, or via whatsapp. As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will Contact you. Please do not go to the store until notified to avoid disappointment.
Can I buy from your physical stores?
Of course, almost all pricing and promotions are also applicable to our physical stores. The only exceptions are products marked Online Deals, For a full selection of our vast product range and to demo any of our AV products, please visit any of our stores. How much does shipping cost?
Anywhere in Gauteng = R300 flat fee, outside of Gauteng delivery will vary depending of the size and weight of the product. We also offer free shipping on certain items. Please see our Delivery Policy below for more information
