Multiple Functions for Flexible Meal Preparation

With a temperature range of 70°C to 230°C and six cooking functions, the DBO486E meets all your meal preparation requirements. Using the selector switch, you can choose from the following functions:

Low Grill, Fan & Bottom: The fan distributes the heat from the bottom and top elements evenly throughout the cavity, allowing cooking on two shelf levels.

Full Grill: The upper element generates all the heat, and you need to turn the food halfway through the grilling sequence.

Grill & Fan: The fan circulates the grill’s heat throughout the cavity, ensuring consistent cooking. Select this function for grilling small- to medium-sized portions.

Static: In this mode, only the lower element is running. Select this mode if you have a dish that needs further cooking around the center or base.

Conventional Bake: The top and bottom elements are both running in this mode – ideal for preparing casseroles, cakes, and pastries on one shelf level.

Fan-assisted Bake: Both elements generate heat, while the fan ensures even heat distribution throughout the cavity. Select this energy-efficient mode to cook food evenly and consistently.

Quick and Easy Cleaning

This 70-litre oven has an enamel interior offering additional scratch- and chemical resistance. These surfaces are also easy to clean without using harsh chemicals.
