The Ellies FEATVG16 TV Safe Over Voltage Protection Adapter is an automated plug designed to protect TVs and audio equipment from damage caused by power spikes, surges, and high mains voltage levels.

- Automated Voltage Protection: The device automatically detects increases in mains voltage (over-voltage detection) and disconnects power to your equipment when the voltage exceeds a safe threshold of 265Vac.
- Surge Protection: It actively shields connected devices from sudden and temporary spikes in the mains power supply.
- Safety Time Delay: After a power fluctuation, there is a built-in 1-2 minute precautionary wait time before power is reconnected. This allows the supply to stabilize and prevents damage from power-back surges.
- LED Status Indicators: The adapter provides clear visual feedback on the current power status:
- Green “ON” LED: Indicates normal working state and safe voltage levels.
- Yellow “WAIT” LED: Indicates the time delay is in progress (reconnecting).
- Red “OFF” LED: Indicates power has been disconnected due to unsafe voltage.
- Red “SURGE” LED: Indicates that surge protection is currently active.
- Compatibility: It is suitable for all TV and audio equipment with a maximum connected load of up to 600W.
