In 2013 Mockana Trading launched The Wooden Top Diffuser in South Africa. The percentage of fragrance was increased from 15% to 25% which is very high and is probably the highest available in any diffuser.

Diffusing mechanism
- Wooden top system:Â Unlike standard reed diffusers, this product uses a unique wooden dowel inserted into a wooden cap. The oil absorbs into the dowel and then soaks the larger wooden top, which diffuses the scent.
- Long-lasting scent:Â The wooden top continues to release fragrance for several weeks after the liquid has completely evaporated. The rate of absorption can be controlled for a longer-lasting effect by occasionally removing the wooden stick.
- Refillable: This diffuser is designed to be refilled, and new fragrance oil is available from Mockana.

- African Lemongrass scent:Â The fragrance is described as crisp, fresh, and invigorating, with a bright citrusy aroma and an earthy sweetness.
