• Glazed Cordierite Material: The stone is made from cordierite, which efficiently absorbs, retains and distributes heat. The glazed finish provides a stick-resistant surface that is significantly easier to clean than porous, unglazed stones. 
• High Temperature Tolerance: It is engineered to withstand extreme temperatures up to 315°C (600°F), allowing it to create the perfectly crispy crust associated with high-heat baking. 
• Carry Frame with Handles: It includes a heavy-duty stainless steel carrying frame. This allows you to safely transport the hot stone and fresh pizza directly from the grill to the dining table.
